Chloe Fall/Winter 2009 presented this multiple bow tie single long sleeve top. I thought it was very modern and flirty. Versatile top to wear with a pencil skirt or a fitted trouser. I love it when fashion designers surprise me with their creativity of something that hasn't been done yet.
