individual stile

It's hard to find a simple messenger bag that is sleek, different, & excellent craftsmanship. I was looking at old archives of Michael Kors Fall Winter 2001and I came across this gorgeous cognac color leather with navy blue nylon fabrication. I just love the detailing of the buckles and cognac color against navy blue. You just can't go wrong with this combination. What I also love is that this bag is unisex, whether your husband or boyfriend can use this or women. I would wear this bag with an all white ensemble paired with red pebble leather loafers for a urban edge feel.

nuovi modi

I've been thinking about many things of what I want to wear for L.A. Gay Pride 2011, the upcoming photo shoot for this December theme "The Look of the Future", and  ideas of what to wear for this winter season. I came across this gorgeous photograph of male model Andrea Preti in this silk button down long sleeve shirt with a matching scarf with black fringe paired with light wash denim jeans. I am in love with it. I think a matching print shirt with a scarf makes the right statement especially in silk fabric. It's dressy but yet can be casual with the denim jeans. And I am loving how seductive Andrea Preti looks. He is definitely selling this look to me cause I would buy it.

Hidden Ways

When it comes to dressing daring, sexy, & chic without over the zaza zoo, it's a for sure it goes to Tom Ford for Gucci Fall Winter 2001. He's known to use a lot of black, velvet, texture of leather, and suede. He always creates a look that makes you feel like that strong women that every women wants to be. This one number in fact is the key look for this Fall Winter season. A classic clean light ivory/beige long sleeve coat dress with a semi side long zipper detail and turtleneck collar. A sexy looking without being too vulgar. Pair this with ballerina pointed high heels for that mix of feminine and masculine. This would probably be my look tonight to wear for my best friend's birthday night out. Matte skin, hint of light Rosie eyelids with a shine finish over for that modern effect simplicity.

MK Touch

I loved when Michael Kors brought a true essential style to his collections during the early millennium. For his Fall Winter 2001 collection. It was about equestrian chic with an ease and comfortness. I love this one number that Carmen Kass is wearing. Beige sheath dress with a brown belt saddle bag with an matching long beige coat, and equestrian tobacco brown boots. A look that is easy and truly fashionable without being vulgar. I love the neutral tones and the freedom. A look to wear for this holiday season whether it's a stroll in Central park or with the girlfriends at a chic cafe. I hope Michael Kors will have a similar styles for his upcoming Fall Winter 2011.

True Elegance

I just miss Tom Ford designing for Gucci. He brought a sophistication of beauty and elegance that is so simple but yet has a strong edge and mystery that I look for in every fashion designer. These high heels in particular shown at the Gucci Fall Winter 2001 collection. I love the thick square heel, has a square yet pointed front toe and the thick long satin X strap with a button buckle. Definitely sexy in a more subtle way that I dye for. I would wear these with a ivory color dress coat roaming around Milano, Italy. These are my version of sex on heels.

same difference

It's official, winter has made it's toll around now. My version of winter isn't the typical of layering or scarfs. Winter chic is about wearing classics. Classics to me are a fitted black cashmere turtleneck, black leather gloves, and tweed gray suits. And living in Los Angeles isn't so cold as east coast. I love the idea of wearing something that will never go out of style. Match these looks with a pair of pointed oxford or slip on loafers and a Sac plat tote bag in Epi leather for an ultimate dressing look. I dedicate this look to my good friend Dan Mical. Dan your blonde and I'm brunette.

the new appeal

French Revue De Modes magazine comes 2nd for having the best high fashion covers. They go straight to the point of fashion and current with the best top models that graces the cover. One of my favorite covers that I came across was British model Liberty Ross. Shown here wearing a brocade print skirt with a matching two pouch flap snap cover doubled together with a metal shoulder bag. I love the idea how they use the bag as a top just for prop to cover her top. It goes so well that I just am in love with this look. And this is all by Prada circa Spring Summer 2003. Thank god Miuccia understand what women and gay men like me want in a basic looking piece. Another idea that I want to convey to my Iconic photograph covers for 2011.

channeling

I am stunned to see male model Sean O'Pry channeling Steven Meisel the infamous fashion photographer shown here. It's a bit chilling because he really understands body pose and expression of another person. I am also totally digging the look he's wear. It's brave with a in wrapped sensuality with the windbreaker jacket and fitted trousers. I am loving the Michael Kors fur hat, definitely a great piece to own when going to subzero temperature resorts. But what I love most about this photograph is Sean looks fabulously with long slick black shiny hair. I think he should grow his hair out long and that will be his "new look".

1st Prize

Last week I was rummaging through model's facebook's and I came across Paris Nicholson's page and I stumbled upon his costume for this past Halloween 2010. He was "Alice In Wonderland" character, March Hare the rabbit in the tea scene. This is such a creative look that he did with the fur vest and ears, watches on his arm, tea pot and cup, the two front bunny teeth, and the smokey nose which definitely gave you a feel of who he was trying to be. This is just an prize winner for me personally cause it's fashion but yet art with a spin. Another idea of what I want to dress for next year's Halloween event in Weho.

Actuality Image

It's just flawless to see what Steven Meisel always captures in every photograph. It's something more than just fashion. It's an image that really captivates an emotion and soul. Whether it can be the most simplest shot like shown here of Maryna Linchuk wearing this chic colored outline of a collar button cashmere short sleeve top in an office back drop setting. What I love about Meisel's work is the lighting and softness against the hard edge. It looks very surreal yet has a quality of a painting. It's hard to explain but it's definitely something that not a lot of photographs do and I think it's Meisel's signature style which is why he is so perfect for shooting the covers for Vogue Italia. I hope one day if I ever become rich, if he could photograph me being another person through an image.

New Order...

Yes and Yes! I am glad to see a shocking image from Vogue Italia November 2010 by Steven Meisel featuring Freja Beha Erichsen and Iselin Steiro. It's soft, alluring, and artistically striking. From the body pose to the soft luscious skin and that gorgeous fur jacket that Freja is wearing by Roberto Cavalli is just the right statement to wear for this coming Winter. The theme title: "New Order...Second Skin" is just a genius title to call this cover. I know for a fact PETA is going mad about this but for me personally, is it about them? No! It's about the fashion crowd that appreciates this world of fashion. Good Job Freja & Iselin.

rising up

I just want to say, "Thank You!" to Baptiste Giabiconi and Karl Lagerfeld for making men's denim shorts even much shorter than what it already is. Some people may find this too feminine or too vulgar. Personally I find it more confident and okay to have the freedom to wear denim fitted shorts this short. Why not? Baptiste looks so chic and sexy with it. Paired with a under white tee and button down shirt print and a big metal buckle belt for a mix and match feel. Definitely a resort look to wear almost anywhere that feels nice and sunny.

soft & fun!

So a few days ago i was reflecting on the era of 2003-2004 of fashion and I just remember clicking on instyle.com and approaching this ubberly sexy chiffon lime green short dress from Dolce & Gabbana Spring Summer 2004. Flirty and cool is what I think this dress is all about. I love the sequin detailing around the neckline and midriff torso. It brings a sense of dazzle and charm. I just wish this dress can be shown again either in a nude beige or a royal blue color. I would definitely  wear this dress at a Dolce & Gabbana show sitting front row next to Anna Wintour & Grace Coddington.

boys to men

It's so crazy how Kevin Flamme was just a young boy starting his modeling career and recently looking at his photographs, he is becoming a sexy mature man. I love his sultry seductive eyes and dark hair and olive skin. He definitely is a male supermodel in the making. I'm sure a lot of girls and gay men are chasing after him after fashion shows and castings. J.D. Ferguson photographed him here shown after a show he just did. God he is just pure perfection. I wonder if he's wild in bed?
