Change of Perspective
As I was watching the Dolce & Gabbana Spring Summer 2009 backstage fashion shows on youtube, I came across male model Ben Hill shown in the photograph looking absolutely stunning with his modern 60's hairstyle and glasses. I am totally digging it all. Very tapered clean around with a semi fade and a polished waved slick back. Who would of ever thought this Georgia State native would be plucked out and made into a supermodel. I think he's one of a kind and has such a very masculine classic look to him. And their isn't many male models in the industry that have his type of aura and quality. I love his medium natural built body. It's not too scrony nor too overly built, just the right size of how a man should be. And that he has that salt and pepper on the sides going on, I find that very appealing. He's for sure the ideal man that I need in my life!

Just Dreaming
One of my top favorite model: Isabeli Fontana, looking striking chic in this photograph from Elle Brasil. She looks like this rich Italian women starring through her sliding door Villa in a late summer season. The sexy wavy hair, the gorgeous wrap coat, short fitted trousers, and a low high heel pointed pump. An ideal look to wear lounging on a low Wednesday. I love photographs that looks ultra chic but then has a sudden sadness in the face. Sadness in the eye has that strong ability to make you feel the emotion in a photograph. Another idea to create for one of my photo shoots. Thanks Isabeli!
see thru
I am totally feeling this translucent pastel blue chiffon cut off sleeve collar top. I love the detailing of the two big pockets covering the breast. Reminds of Gianni Versace when he created a shift dress in a translucent fabric with the two pockets covering the breast area. A great piece to wear with nylon red shorts shown in the photo or with a beige fitted trousers paired with a envelope white patent leather clutch man bag for that casual relaxed look at a beach house roof in Malibu. Did we notice Antonio Navas? What I would do in a locked room with him.
Russian Throb!
Mr. Vladimir Ivanov hailing from Sacramento, California but origins from Russia is just a one of a kind male fashion model. I've watched videos of him at backstage fashion shows and she seems to be a very genuine, sincere, and humble guy. I really love his look. Very classic and refreshing. In this photograph, he reminds me of a 1950's Hollywood actor. At the moment, I"m just going crazy over these classic put together actors. I just wish now a days, more men can look more put together with a classic suit and side parted slick hair. Or am I just dreaming?

twisting elements
I am so excited for this coming Spring Summer 2011 for mens. Why? With this new decade and all I really am paying attention to what is this new decade about. Are we going back to the 90's with a twist or back late 50's classic or maybe a combination of everything in between. I also am loving the Z Zegna & the original Ermenegildo Zegna label. The styles are for sure my taste. Classic takes with cool fabrics and attracting color tones. I for some reason am wanting a light weight parka jacket shown her in this exact color of a orange red. It's relax and easy to wear with almost anything. A must have jacket to have that is versatile to wear in any men's wardrobe.
learn to love
I wasn't really a big fan of denim button shirts. But as they keep coming around here and there in fashion, I'm starting to want one myself. I came across the Zara Men's June 2010 look book and came across the denim long sleeve button down shirt with a semi light wash tone to it. I like the cut and detailing, it definitely isn't the Dickies version or some cowboy trend. It has a cool casual fashionable vibe about it. Hopefully I can find a fabulous just like this one at Zara. Did I also mention about the male model. If only.
iconic me
Three word, my signature bag. I came to realize that my style bag is a envelope type flap clutch, especially this one in particular is just the perfect size clutch. Classic & refine is what Celine has it going on at the Fall Winter 2010 collection by Phoebe Philo. What I love about this bag is that it goes with any look without looking too dress or too under dress. Love the color of black as the flap and a off white cream as the base with the metal detailing closure and a small chain detailing and black leather strap. My personal ideal look with this bag would be with a pair of mint Taffeta short mid thigh fitted trousers with a a heather gray cashmere turtleneck sweater and black patent oxford pointed shoes. I will one day make it happen.
Keep Looking
One of the biggest fashion moments that I can remember from my personal favorite Versace show was the Spring Summer 2005 collection. It was a huge hit for me because 1. the color palette, 2. the sultry seductive factor in a clean cut structure and close to the body fit. 3. the glowing skin of apricot gold and wind blown hair. Overall I just truly adored the whole entire collection. This one is in particular is one of my favorite looks. Love the pastel blue tone with the low rise short short trousers and matching single button blazer. Definitely a show stopper look to wear at the office, but what the question is: "Why not?"

got it going
When I think of Neil Barrett, I think of medium to long black military coats that are fitted with long johns. His style is the epitome of what the straight edgy guy wants in his wardrobe. I love how he keeps his color tones very neutral. Here and there he will throw a bright popping color but usually he sticks to his DNA of black, white, and some gray tones. I am loving these three outfits. Especially Jacob Coupe in the all white ensemble: long length cut off sleeve dress shirt buttoned up all the way with fitted white trousers and a bone/chalk sandal. Now that's just genius! All looks featured at the Neil Barrett backstage Menswear Spring Summer 2011 collection.

twisting games
Milan Vukmirovic is one of my favorite fashion designers. He really understands what a true fashionable man wants in his Homme Couture closet. I love the fact he takes things that can look very elaborate or feminine but makes it masculine in his own version for Trussardi Spring Summer 2011. Cheetah print collar jacket with a slinky black trouser fabric paired with oxford brown/beige shoe is the right statement for an ultimate fearless look. It may look a bit loud but tamed in a chic masculine flair. Definitely a look I would love to wear during fashion week in New York.

blue skies
Are we ready for Menswear Spring Summer 2011? Ideas what I look into when I see upcoming season looks. At the Ermenegildo Zegna Men's Spring Summer 2011 had a variety of looks that can fit to any on the go fashionable man. I am just feeling this blue ensemble of Janice Fronimakis wearing. It's all in the cut and fit of the clothes. I just love the combination color of tan/tobacco brown with a light or medium blue tone. It brings a great sensibility of contrast. And the shoes, you can't go wrong with any brown tone loafer slip on. I would say a look that I would wear roaming around the city of Barcelona.

attention stealer
I asked myself this question, from these three boys, who stands out the most? Now this is a hard one because I think they are all extremely handsome men but if I had to choose one it would probably be Julius Beckers on the far right. He has such a cute baby face but yet masculine and mysterious. Far left is Theo Hall and middle is Kevin Flamme. All backstage at the Dolce & Gabbana Menswear Spring Summer 2011 show.
look upon
Honestly, I wasn't such a big fan of a thick chunky heel but this particular square heel pump with a bow detailing is pulling me into it. I am just going crazy when I see a fabulous heel like these featured at the Louis Vuitton Fall Winter 2010 collection. I rarely see these type of pumps and I think they are definitely making a comeback for this coming Fall Winter. It represents womanly, class, & charm. These are the right shoes to wear with a full skirt pleated or not, does not matter since it a heel that brings a true women back in classic style.
Pretty in Floral
I am so thrilled about the Louis Vuitton Fall Winter 2010 collection that Marc Jacob created. He brought back a 1950's chic women with such pure class and sophistication. It was all full skirts and full dresses with many variations of what beautiful women are being. This particular number that I love because of the delicate floral print is just a subtle flirtatious and playful attitude. Definitely a look to wear strolling down Park Ave or in the streets of Rome. I'm just glad that fashion is going back to that true ladylike class. Return of true chic women.
two balances
I love the idea of a strong simplicity with a sharp proportion edge. For instance, this dark black/navy blue cashmere V neck sweater paired with mid short trousers and a modern gladiator sandals makes the right statement. Doesn't matter if it's spring or fall, I think this look is versatile and can be worn anytime of any season. It's also about balancing the two sensuality which are: erogenous zone and mystery. Whether you want to show more legs or more arms, one of the other has to be covered as mystery.
